How is it possible to monitor percentage of missed calls on phone sets monthly?

Hi all,

We have 8945 series phones

We use CUCM 9.1

There is a reporting request such as to monitor the missed calls percentage on phone sets monthly? Do you recommend any solution fo that?

You can pull the CDR report and then check the duration of the calls (zero duration calls) and calculate the percentage.

Make sure you enable 'CDR enabled flag' and 'CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag' on all servers where CCM service is enabled.

Hi Atul,

The request is, every person should check his own missed call percentage. For exp: my directory number is 1111, when i press a button I should see a missed call percentage of my directory number/ or user.

That's not natively possible on CUCM or phone level. I haven't heard of any 3rd party product as well that can achieve this. Probably someone else would like to comment here.
