How many VMware Licenses are required per C series server

I am looking for clarification on the number of VMW-UC-STD-K9-1A  required to support C series server.  My understanding is the VMW-UC-STD-k9-1a will support 1 server with two physical CPU Sockets....since C series only have 2 CPUs I should only need 1 VMW-UC-STD-K9-1A no matter how many applications or vCPUs are needed.  OR am I screwed up in my thinking.   Netformx is quoting me two VM ware licenses for 1 C200 server??

below from http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_VMWare_Requirements#Required_VMware_Licensing_and_Customer_Purchase_Options

"VMware licenses software on a per-populated-physical-CPU-socket basis (not physical CPU cores or virtual CPUs or virtual CPU cores). Each populated CPU socket per server requires a VMware license (with VMware product and version that is supported by Cisco UC)."

Part number description indicates support for 2 CPU see below.  So I should only need one license for each C series server.

VMW-UC-STD-K9-1a VMware ESXi 4.0 Standard (2 CPU)

Well, I've just ordered a C200 and the quotation included

1x VMW-UC-STO-K9-1A

2x VMW-VS-STD-1A

2x CON-ISV1-VSSTD1A

Cheers,

Alistair
