We are newbie on Cisco IP Telephony solution. Currently we want implement CUCM using 2 MCS7825 and 1 Cisco Router 2911 as voice gateway (with auto attendant feature on Cisco router 2911).
Cisco Router 2911 come with configuration like this
- Cisco2911-V/K9, qty:1
- SL-29-UC-K9, qty:1
- SL-29-IPB-K9, qty:1
- NM-HDV2, qty:1
- VIC2-4FXO, qty:5
- FL-CUE-PORT-2, qty:5
- ISM-SRE-300-K9, qty:1
Cisco Router 2911 come with Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(1)T2.
Note: we still use startup-config that already exist on Cisco Router 2911.
Now we want configure Cisco router 2911 as auto-attendant, but we cannot access Cisco Unity Express (CUE) on Cisco Router 2911.
On show version we see like this
1 Internal Services Module (ISM) with Services Ready Engine (SRE)
Cisco Unity Express 8.6.1 in slot/sub-slot 0/0
We have question about it, Our question:
- What configuration on Cisco Router 2911 that we need to access CUE GUI on Cisco Router 2911?
