How to activate CUE 8.6 permanent license file

We had  install CUE 8.6 and it is working with Evaluation license, now we upload the permanent license and reload the CUE, but still the permanent license shows not activated and the CUE is working with Evaluation only.

The screen print and sh command are attached, could please let know how to activate the permanent license.

I'm pretty sure this is your issue here

Have a look at the actual command description. You need to list the name of the license feature (high)

that you want to change to "low"

So for example;

license modify priority VMIVR-PORT high or

license modify priority VMIVR-VM-MBX  high

this should list the VMIVR-PORT or VMIVR-VM-MBX "evaluation" license so that you can change it to low

once you re-boot the higher rated permanent licenses should show active/in use

license modify priority

To modify the license priority information, use the license modify priority command in Cisco Unity Express EXEC mode.

license modify priority feature name {high | low}

#

Syntax Description

high

#

Sets the license priority level to high.

#

low

#

Sets the license priority level to low.

#

Reload CUE.

The Voice Mail box licenses is active, but the VM-ports are in Evaluation mode, please help me how to activate the VMIVR-ports ?

The sh commands as below:

You need to contact licensing@cisco.com to obtain VMIVR-PORT licenses that come included with a CUE hardware purchase.
