How to add an 8861 to CUCM 9.1.2

The release notes for the phones indicate that 8861 is supported by  CUCM 9.1.2 however I can not figure out how to add it.  I don't see any DevPack that would allow me to add the phone, only the COP file.  Anyone have a link to the devpack i would need to install.. or am I suppose to add the phone as a third-party-sip?

The 9 and 10 device packs are within the SIP loads....Not sure what you are looking for.  I had to pull 8831 cmterm files today.

Just need to load the DevPack that supports those phones along with anything else you need like the DX80, 90s or other.
