How to add details using Bulk bat

I create Users and Phones using bulk BAT in CUCM. This is no problem. As below

but my problem is

1) in Users - how do I add the Phone in Controlled Devices ?

2) in Phones - how do i associated it with Users and add the Line.

I want to achive using bulk BAT as well. As i have more that 10 request

I did a webinar recently for Cisco on using BAT including the very thing you are asking.

Look around the 43:00 mark for device association piece. I give some additional details around the 59:00 mark on that as well.

Editing the phone to add the user ownership is also in there. Line association is super-easy and as I recall I did that up front.
