Hi there,
I would like to ask if anyone knows who to configure and allow 6 digit dialing in the CISCO Unified Call Manager Administration? Pls help and perhaps provide procedures... Thanks a lot.
The CISCO Call Manager Administration system version that I'm using is 7.1.5.10000-12

Hi April
Can you advise what you are trying to dial with 6 digits?
Is this the PSTN or something internal?

Hi,
We have just launched a call center hotline that is 165-364 which has 6 digits and it is the PSTN. I'm trying to do it in our call manager but it doesn't work.

How is this number supposed to be routed? Is it supposed to be sent to the PSTN ?
Can your PSTN provider route the 165-364 number? What do you mean it doesnt work in cucm? Did CUCM send the call to your gateway? Have you configured this number as a route-pattern in cucm?
You can verify this by running the following
debug isdn q931.
Send the output here.
