Hi!
During outgoing call (cucm--cube--sip provider) provider send us INFO messages to re-check media session. Our CUBE don't resend it to CUCM and don't answer this messages. So long call drops after timeout.
How we can make our CUBE to answer this messages?

Sreekanth, thanks for your answer. I've applied pass-thru content unsupp command but there is no changes.
Is it any way (maybe voice sip-profiles) to make CUBE to answer on this messages for example 200OK?

No we cannot make the CUBE send a 200 OK for the INFO message because it's acting as a B2B User Agent here. It's not a terminating endpoint so it doesn't have a way to process that INFO and respond to it.
