Hi all, hope everyone is well !!
I am looking for best recommendation on how to route incoming calls from CUCM to UnityConnection auto attendant callhandler. I've been using dummy phones and just forward all calls to UnityConnection but this method takes up licenses in CUCM. Will CTI Route point or CTI Port achieve the same results without using up licenses ?
Thanks all in advance !!!
Danny

You can also do it through CTI Route Point as that also does not consume any license.

Hi,
CTI port does not consume any license, i would suggest you to use them to forward calls to Unity connection for the Auto attendant number.
