actually call-flow is like VOICE GW-->CUCM-->UNITY CALL hndler (here suppose a greeting will play welcome to company Cisco.If you know the extension then dial the extension otherwise press 0 to reach to the operator.BUT I want after reaching to auto attendant if I dial certain extension it shouldn't be dialed I want to block the certain extension after hearing if you know the extension then dial the extension through auto attendant.So is it possible through unity connection or not possible .If anybody out here can answer this question then I shall be ever greatful to him.
