in CUCM, how can I bulk edit the forward all destination of a directory number not necessarily associated with a device?

You *can* do an "export" via bat. When you select "Directory Numbers" in Bulk Administration > Import/Export > Export, note that under Call Routing Data the checkbox is "Directory Number (Unassigned)". This checkbox captures all directory numbers not currently assigned to a device.

Export your unassigned directory numbers, make the changes to the call forwarding options, and then re-import with the "Overwrite the existing configuration" checkbox checked.

Hi,

Navigate to Bulk Administration -> Phones -> Add/update lines, add your search criteria, navigate thru all result pages, make changes to Forward All number and add necessary CSS with activation policy as "With configured CSS".  then run this job and you have all your lines updated.

How would you apply each forwarding number if they are all different?

Need some type of import/export for this, can’t use phone export as the
directory numbers are not associated with a phone.

You need to use Phone templates + BAT file for this type of bulk update from BAT.

check this Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pM6FVdTP-iI this will give you a better idea.

I don't see a way to bulk edit a directory number's attributes of which are not associated with a device, is there a way?
