How to call special numbers like ##1, with the UC560 ?

Hello everyone, i am new working with cisco devices, now i have an UC560. My boss asked me to configure it to call numbers like ##1 or ##2 (corporative numbers) i'm using the CCA but i can't do it. Some plese can help me. i would be so Thankful.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by corporative numbers (I understand the definition, but not the intention).

Lets start here, When you dial ##1 from a phone, what do you want it to do?

when i dial from my corporative mobile number  ##1 calls another corporative mobile number of my company like i was calling an usual number, when i dial ##2 it calls another and so. the number of the mobiles are ##X, thats wy i need to dial ##X, but the uc does not allow to me to do that kind of dialing. calls to a regular number it's ok, it's this kind of dialing i can't do.

I would just log into the CLI and do voice translations.
