How to change ip phone logo

I want to change 7912 phone logo.

I tried to do it searching in this forum and I can't do it.

Can anybody say how I can do it?. Thanks.

All that returned my searches didn't give me a way to do itand your post neither.

The first post redirect me to a webpage of download that I can do because I don't have espcial access to Cisco webpage.

The second link is for CME and I use CCM 4.1
