how to change number

Hi

i want to change the number when someone call to a receptionist .
for exemple i have two receptionist with the DN 111 and 222 with associated line group 333
I want if someone call 111 or 222 to be transformed to 333 directly and will rin on both phone.
Is it possible to do this?

Hi,

Yes this is possible. What you need to do is

1. Change the extension of receptionist 1 and 2 from 111 and 222 to another number eg 555 and 666

2. Assign the new extension 555 and 666 to the line group of 333

3. Create a dummy extension number with DN=111 and set CFA to 333, do the same for 222.

What phone system are you using? CUCM or CCME? You can do it on both, the method is just slighly different
