You ALWAYS need to mention what you're using for call control and version. The answer might differ and in this case it does depending on that.
I'll go with CUCM, to change the PIN use CCMuser. If 8.X or above and if provisioned, you can do it via the phone.
CCMUser will work for any version.

Hi ,
Very thanks for the reply.
We are using CCM 4.0. So you mean to say thereis no other option to change the password for extension mobility except Using CCM User.

It's either via CCMAdmin or CCMuser, but those are your only choices on your version.

Hi Jaime,
We are running CUCM 8.6.2 version and configured it for the "Change Credential IP Phone Service" according to
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_6_1/ccmfeat/fsem.html#wp1430288
but we are getting "XML parse error" on all the Cisco 7940 phones, for other models it is working fine we are able to change the PIN. Can you please help to resolve.. does this model support this feature... as per the http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/8_0_1/delta/phones.html#wp1483628
we are not seeing 7940 Model in the list for this fetaure...

There's a bug related to that and the phone model is already EOS/EOL, and it also doesn't show in the list of supported models
ALL-LANG: 7960: XML Error occurs on PIN change.
Since it was filed when it was already EOS/EOL, there won't be any fix for it.
If you're already on the latest FW for the phone and it happens, there's no fix.

You already have the document, if it's not in the list, it's not supported.
I already mentioned that.
