Hello Abu

RTMT does not have any data storage repository for calls, it can provide you real time view of calls going in cluster.

For historical calls, you need to setup a CDR/Billing server which will help you to store the call records.

Take a look on CDR server functionality and setup :

When you can do this if you have your CDR enabled and configured. Then you
can generate CDR report based on your SIP trunk.

Thanks, Mr. Mohammad. But when I enabled That services this message comes out: (( 30061 : Data is not available in the Database.))

what can I do for this?

Thanks in Advance...

CDR only starts producing data after it is enabled, if you just enabled it, you will only have data from that point forward.
