On Cisco call manager 7 would like to check how to look up phones rebooting in RTMT?

Syslog Viewer ---> Application Logs ----> Alternate Logs
That should have what you are looking for. It will show phones unregistering and re-registering with the cause code.

I would add the following to Brandon's point:
1. You should know which CCM the phone is registered to
2. You should know which phones you are trying to troubleshoot
However if you are looking generic number of phones being registered and unregistered (say, after a firmware upgrade you restarted the phones in a given Device Pool)
Login to the RTMT > Voice/Video > Phone Summary
It will give a graphical view of total phones Registered and Failed Registrations
