For this case I'm on a Call Manager 5.1 and i need to save CDR for a third party software.
This software is for hotel management (Vega Hotel) and can only retrieve CDR with an ip address and a listening port. (No ftp or sftp solution)
How can I configure that on a Call Manager 5.1.
I know the CM can store CDR on the flash memory, but i don't know if i can configure a listening port/address.
No you cannot configure any of that.
The option would be to set a server to gather the files using the billing server option in CUCM and configure the access to your app there.
You can use SOAP:
•Allows third-party applications to retrieve CDR/CMR files on demand through a SOAP interface.
However the ports and how the messages should look like are already pre-defined.
Also, CUCM is not meant to be a CAR data repository, there are watermarks and once you go past them the info is deleted and replaced.
