How to configure maximum conference call in single IP phone (8831)

Hi all, 

Recently we have purchased 8831 conference phone. But in our CUCM default ad hoc conference limit is 4 . If i change the ad hoc range to 6 it will effect for all the connected phones. 

Now, my request is we need to configure maximum or 6 conference call in 8831 phone only not for all. If its possible. please provide the solution on this...?

Hi there,

This is a Global setting that will be applied to all phones. There is no way to set this for the 8831 only;

Both  Ad Hoc and MeetMe conferences have a configurable setting that limits  the number of participants (Software Conference Bridge);

Clusterwide Parameters (Service)

Maximum Ad Hoc Conference = 4 (default)

Maximum MeetMe Conference Unicast = 4 (default)

The default number of Maximum Adhoc Participants (per Conference) is set at 4.

To increase the Maximum number of Adhoc participants 

Go to:

Service Parameters Configuration >Clusterwide Parameters (Service)>Maximum Adhoc Conference
