I choose with manual TFTP method because client don't want to get disturb current cucm phone setup .

I didnt understand what it is mentioned in the following step in the third document.

Upload the following files to your TFTP or HTTP server that you use to transfer the files to your phone.

• Migration License files

• Migration firmware files

• MPP phones firmware files

what is migration firmware files means. we have migration license file that we generated, we can get mpp phone firmware files too then what is migration firmware files. how to get that?

frankly speaking i didnt understand what we are downloading in migration firmware files. it says about zip files. what is inside that zip file. already there is MPP phone firmware files. then what is this firmware files.

Sorry I don't know what the zip file contains- I've never done this conversion, but it seems like it would be quite straightforward as per the documentation.
