how to create secure traffic between mgcp gw and cucm servers?

i have cucm 12.5 and voice routers with 16.10.2

as you know when i add mgcp gateways in the cucm it shows "not trusted" , i need to make the traffic between the mgcp routers and the cucm pub+subscribers secure , some people suggested creating ipsec tunnel between the cucm and mgcp but the problem i have more than 3 cucm and gw routers so i would need to create many ipsec tunnels in each mgcp router , is there a simple way to secure traffic between mgcp gw and cucm?

Again where these CUCM and router located ? same place or different geo locations ?
