Hello,
We currently have Cisco CP-7921G wireless headsets and when they are on a call with a customer the call waiting tone makes it hard for the users to hear the whole conversation without asking them to repeat important information. Is there a way to disable the call waiting tone? All phones are in the same hunt group, so the tone is not needed as you can hear the other 8 phones ringing.

You should set the busy trigger on the line to 1

What is selected under line configuration of phone "Audible Message Waiting Indicator Policy". Make it off.
