a caller puts the other callers on hold, the others hear TOH which is of course distracting. I would like to mention that we have already disabled TOH on CME and CUCM. On CME using a blank MOH audio.
Below is the present results.
1) CUCM user puts CUCM user on hold - No TOH
2) CME user puts CME user on hold - No TOH.
3) CME user puts CUCM user on hold - No TOH.
4) CUCM user puts CME user on hold - TOH is present.
We do not want the TOH even in the case of number 4 above
The tone on hold cannot be disable neither for CME or CUCM, the best workaround will be using a blank MoH file, so the caller will hear this file that has no audio instead of the tone on hold.
