Hello,
I did a packet capture from a Cisco 7821 MPP phone, now in the web interface under "Info" and then "Debug info" I see that there is the "capture file" XXX.pcap
Hw can I download it? If I click it it opens in a web browser with an encrypted-like text...
I0m trying to register it on Webex so no CUCM available

use different browser, Looks like your browser associated with extention.

I tried with 3 different browsers, the situation is still the same

Hi there
Can you try clearing the cache or another workaround is to open a new browser session using a private browsing window or incognito mode
Also try right click the link and save it
