HI

To automatically add an annunciator to the Cisco  Unified Communications Manager database, you must activate the Cisco IP  Voice Media Streaming Application service on the server where you want  the annunciator to exist in the cluster.

I have enabled and able to hear beep sound when call is waiting. how to enable callwaiting prompt instead of beep/busytone

CUCM does not provide the ability to play annoucement intead of ringback, etc under this condition.
