Hello,

You will have 2 options here:

1. Forward all call from IP phone itself

2. You can play with call forward and call pickup settings

I tried to cancel the call forwarding and cannot be done. Please advise the steps by steps on how to cancel the forwarding call from IP Cisco Phone. The model for IP cisco phone is CP-7821.

You could hit 'forward off' button on the phone screen to cancel call forwarding.

I had tried and cannot be done which another phone number had ring.

What is your server (CUCM or CME)?
