How to find exact server make and model?

Hi, I currently have CUCM 6.1.2 and are looking to upgrade to 8.5. However, in order to achieve this we need to upgrade the memory and HDD to accomodate the upgrade. I therefore need to know the specific server make and model so I can order the correct RAM etc but I cant seem to find this information. When I go into OS Admin and click on hardware it just shows 7835H2 - can anyone advise?

Hi

Exact server model can be told from the Label on the backside of the physical server.

From the OS admin and CLI "show hardware, show status" of the call manager will only show 7835 H2.
