CUCM 11.5.1.14900-11

Hey all,

I'm looking for a way to get CUCM to show me what model phones are registered.  I know I can search by device type and search for 7942 or 8851etc and it will show me all of those models that are registered, but I'm looking for a way to show, or a report that shows every model of phone that is currently registered.  I'm looking to upgrade all model's firmware, we have quite a few models of phones here, so I want to make sure I have every model phone covered.

thanks.

Hi there,

I would check out this report;

Unified CM Device Counts Summary

Provides the number of devices by model and protocol that exist in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database.

From this guide;

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/11_5_1/Report/CUCM_BK_CFA882B0_00_cisco-unified-reporting-administration-115/CUCM_BK_CFA882B0_00_cisco-unified-reporting-administration-115_chapter_010.html

Cheers!

Rob

Hi there

You can get the details from the RTMT. Install RTMT, login, search devices based on the registered CUCM

Hope this helps
