how to find phones which is not used for the last  70 days in CUCM 10.5

I mean by not used no call activity

There is no easy way to do that. The only thing I can think of would be to query the CDR records database for calls originated/destined to specific extensions within the time-frame, but that would be rather custom thing to do.
