How to get the screenshot of cisco phone(7942)

Hi ,

Please help me to take screenshot of the Cisco phone screen.

The enterprise parameter has URL authentication mentioned in IP .It doesn't have a host name.

Most probbaly this could be due to this,

 

  1. Navigate to System->Enterprise Parameters and verify that the "URL Authentication" is pointing to an accessible CUCM server.  If the URL uses a hostname or FQDN, ensure that is resolveable by the phone.   Change the URL to using an IP address as needed.

 

Check your Authentication URL, is it an IP Address or FQDN. Check the DNS resolution for the phone.

 Is it a secure URL (i.e. HTTPS) and also check this phone have an ITL issue preventing it from trusting the TVS service.
