how to get usage reports from each user/Directory Number in CUCM

How to generate usage reports (including the details of outbound calls, time duration, dialled numbers) from each DN in CUCM.

Please guide me to get the reports.

There is service parameter named 'cdr flag' in cucm that should be true

If you have cdr enabled in cucm the you can browse this "HTTP://<cucm ip>car and export reports..it just require few minutes to explore.

i think CDR is not enabled. While generating the report, it says 36001: data is not available in the database.

This is the first time I am involving in this. Please explain it in more detail to enable CDR.
