How to Grab serial number of cisco 3905 from CUCM 8.6

Hi,

I am just trying to grab serial number from CUCM 8.6 , but unable to get information of cisco 3905.

i can able find out for higher model from 7X & 8X.

Kindly help me to grab serial number.

CUCM doesn't get the SN from the phones, you would need a 3rd party app to do this.

You can use 3rd party "Serial Grabber" appl to fetch serial numbers, Its easy to go with it.

Hi Suresh,

I have already used serial Grabber for this. Serial grabber is unable to fetch 3905 phones serial no.

Can you suggest any other application for this.

Hi,

I have the same problem as creator of this topic. I need to find phones on my network but I have only theis serial numbers. I did downloaded Serial Grabber but it`s not working :( I`ve typed ip addressess from - to and after scanning I saved html file but only information was grand total: 1.
