Hello,

I try to free up Unity connection license, so I have to identify these users who are not active in Unity Connection.

Any idea to find out these non active Unity Connection users?     Maybe run a report?

Version: Unity Connection 8.6

Your help and input is high appreciated.

Hi there,

Unused Voice Mail Accounts Report

For unused mailboxes (these are mailboxes where the user has never gone through the "first time enrollment")

Tools > Reports > Unused Voice Mail Accounts Report .

There are also a number of results in this great "Unity" tool that can help in determining unused accounts in Unity Connection. Here are a few;

Mailbox unread messages older than 60      days

. The number of messages currently in the users’ mailbox that      are unread (new) and arrived 30 or more days ago. This can be useful in finding      mailboxes that are not being used.

NOTE: This requires that the      time of the local client and the time of the Connection server be in      agreement (they do not need to be in the same time zone, of course).

Time      of Last Call. Indicates      the date and time the user called in to check messages last. This can be handy for finding out      which boxes have not been access at all or which ones have not been      accessed in a long time. This      value is converted into the local time of the computer you are running      User Data Dump on

  • User generated mailbox activity detected      in the last 60 days. How outputs a      1 if there's been any user generated activity detected for each mailbox      and 0 if there has not been any in the last 60 days. This can be helpful for finding      mailboxes that are no longer in use.       Note that mailboxes that have been created less than 60 days ago      will get a -1 value for this field.
  • User generated mailbox activity detected      in the last 90 days. How outputs a      1 if there's been any user generated activity detected for each mailbox      and 0 if there has not been any in the last 90 days. This can be helpful for finding      mailboxes that are no longer in use.       Note that mailboxes that have been created less than 90 days ago      will get a -1 value for this field.
  • User generated mailbox activity detected      in the last 180 days. How outputs a      1 if there's been any user generated activity detected for each mailbox      and 0 if there has not been any in the last 180 days. This can be helpful for finding      mailboxes that are no longer in use.       Note that mailboxes that have been created less than 180 days ago      will get a -1 value for this field.
