The spa303 has a Voice Mail Server field under extensions.
I want to arbitrarily control the Message Waiting Indicator(MWI).
"The SPA phones will subscribe to the VM server and the MWI status will be updated via NOTIFY messages"[1]
How do I deploy a local VM server? HTTP ? And how do I send NOTIFY messages? Is this a REST interface?
