How to install Cisco Communications Manager Express

Actually  i am very new to this service , in our one of the client they Cisco  Communication Manager Express license , now i got the CD of this license  but i don't know to install this and how it will work , any one can  help me to understand this service, the router is 2911

I assume you are asking about installing the license and not the CCME itself
