Hi Nisar,

The is not such feature to lock keypad on CISCO Phones, Depending on the business requirement we can implement EM.

We can configure Extension mobility service on the phones so that the users use a pin to log into their device profile before they make the calls.

The Cisco Extension Mobility feature allows users to configure any Cisco Unified IP Phone model XXXX as their own, on a temporary basis, by logging in to that phone. After a user logs in, the phone adopts the individual user default device profile information, including line numbers, speed dials, services links, and other user-specific properties of a phone. For example, when user A occupies a desk and logs in to the phone, that user directory number(s), services, speed dials, and other properties appear on that phone; but when user B uses the same desk at a different time, user B information display.

As Jitender and Adarsh correctly pointed out, there is no such feature on CM. You can either use FAC or a third party application to achieve this. Same thing is documented below as well:

Hi,

Call manager does not have native configuration to lock the phone.

you may use other method to achieve this.

1) Extension Mobility.

2) Force Authorization code.

3) third party service (eg: Stone lock)

Thank you Adarsh,

Does Cisco 3905 SIP IP Phone support Extension Mobility? is there any key for service?

3905 does not support EM.

You may have to go with FAC which would be a global change or you might need to come up with new Route patterns.
