how to map a particular extension number to a particular pstn for outbound calls using call manager express

Hi all,

i am using CME and i have 2 pstn connection ending on 70 and 71.

For inbound calls one number(71) is directly mapped to our manager using connection plar, but he also want that mapping for outbound calls.

for rest of the employees dialing it must hit on the other number(70).

how can i configure this?

Its the same as CSS and Partiton in Callmanager.
