Can anyone please tell me a way on how to monitor and collect MOS statistics from CME platform?

I usually check MOS and jitter via phone webpage, once it is enabled using below command --Service phone webAccess 1 in telephony service.
Also you can do sh voice call active as it also gives info on call quality parameters.thanks.

Do you know if there is a way to retrieve historical statistics?
Also, I couldn't find the "show voice call active" command on the CME 8.6 platform.

Hello DM,
For CME you can try show ephone-dn statistics or sh ephone-dn X .
But this will give you real time info or probably previous call and same goes out if you check the phone page.Example below.For historical data for calls you may want to enable CDR and then find the call statistics.
