How to monitor the channel utilization of a PRI circuit ?

Dear All,

We are looking for options to monitor the channel utilization in a E1/T1 PRI circuit and report alarm to Network Monitoring System at 80% usage.

Request your to help to know the SNMP configurations needed on the MGCP gateway (3845 ISR).
