How to play the pre-recorded script while being on Active call.

The requirement is to create the announcements and place the recorded voice scripts in that announcements.

The requirement is to come up with extension lines  where a pre-recorded script is placed and the User while speaking with client, will dial the extension with the pre-recorded disclosures for client to listen to.  

Please let me know if above requirement can be achieved using call handlers. My plan is to configure line 2 on users phone. They will make/receive calls using line 1 and to play disclosures they will just call call-handler using line 2 and conference the call. 

Kindly suggest if you have better way of doing same thing.

Yeah, this can be achieved.. you can ad-hoc conference the handler into the call.. Configure the handler to 'hangup' after the greeting (recording) has finished playing, thus leaving the original parties on the call.
