I 'm looking for a way to list/export all Cisco phones along with their ActiveLoadID. We're running on CUCM 8.5.1. I've looked into Bulk Administration, but that only gives me what's in the Phone Load Name field. I've used RTMT-->CallManager-->Device Search and, while it does show the ActiveLoadID, it only shows the first 200 devices with no option to see the remaining devices. (I have about 2,000 devices). Anyone have any other ideas on how to get the ActiveLoadID?

You can run show risdb query phone on all the CM servers in the cluster to which phones are registered and then sort out the output in MS Excel and find the active FW load

Running the show risdb query phone command on Subscribers with registered telephones works as designed. Thank you.
