Hi,
Until last week we were running CM 4.1. On that version we had full access to query the CM databases (i.e. CCM0301, CDR) using tools such as ms query analyzer.
Now that we're running CM 7.1.3 it seems is not as easy.
Does anybody know if is possible?
maybe by loading the required IBM Informix drivers and connecting to it?
Is there a service that needs to be activated? remote acces service?
if possible,
what tool would I use? Toad?
thanks

Although I'm sure there must be slicker ways to do it, this document demonstrates how to run SQL queries from the CLI:

Make sure you keep the most recent table structure handy though:
