Hi Guys,
Can anyone of you help me to understand if is there any way to record a inboind/outbound call in CUCM without exploring UCCX. is there any inbuild component available in CUCM or Unity connection which can used for recording call or the only way to use a thitd party tool (like, NICE, MiaRec, VPI) or to deploy UCCX to accokplish this.

You need to buy a recording solution available from various vendors. You can search the forum for more information.

CUCM only provides assistance for the 3rd party product or UCCE/UCCX in regards to the configuration of the BIB from phones so it sends the stream to the recording appliance, and... that's it.
CUCM is a call control appliance, not a recording server.
You can use CUC, but it's a manual process which needs to be triggered by the user, who is basically conferencing CUC to record each call.
