I would like to know if it is possible to create a jump group with a group of phones, that it is to say, if no phone answer to a incoming call I want that incoming call goes to another phone.
I know configure it but my answer is if it is possible do it only for incoming calls of one telephony number that I will associate to an extension with a translation pattern.
I use CCM 4.1.
I don't know to configure hunt groups.
I will try to learn it to configure this scenario in my net.
I will write something here if I can obtain a solution to this case and how I did it.
If you go to route plan->route/hunt->line group, hunt list and hunt pilot
and use the help, you should be able to use it.
Actually what you need is a Line Group, the Hunt Group is for Attendant Console. First you need to open a CCMAdmin webpage go to Route Plan --> Route/Hunt --> Line Group, create a new one and add the extensions that you want to be part of this LG. Now go to Route Plan --> Route/Hunt --> Hunt List, create a new one and add the Line Group. Go to Route Plan --> Route/Hunt --> Hunt Pilot, create a new one and add the Hunt List.

I'd created that you say but it doesn't work good.
I am calling the number that I associated to hunt pilot and always the call don't go to the same phone that I want to be the first in my "jump group".
I solved it yet changing Distribution Algorithm to top down but know I have another problem because time of no answer it is too short.
Is it possible change this value?.
