Hi Experts,

at our new branch office we are going to use Huwawei ip phones to register with our CUCM 10.5 which is located at our HQ office

and we want to use SRST on 2921 router at the BR site so that when the connectivity with CUCM lost it should register with the voice gateway.

we have 25 seats SRST and CUCME license on our BR router 2921 which we are going to configure as SRST.

could you please let know the Configuration steps for this requirement.

Thank you very much for your  excellent support as always.

Regards

Awad

you would need to add all your phones to CUCM as "3rd party SIP devices"

Do notice that 3rd party SIP phones will offer limited functionality compared to Cisco endpoints, and are not officially supported on SRST, they *might* work, but will not have Cisco support.

The 10.0 CUCM admin guide has a chapter that covers non-cisco phones setup, that's what you need to review.
