How to retrieve a voice message of personal Voice Box with UC 560

It is possible to get a copy of a voice message (audio file) let on a personal voice box with a UC560 System and SPA 508 phone with CLI ?

The message is still  existing (not deleted) and the customer would like to get an electronic copy

if I configure unified communication functionnality, il will be relevant only for the new message and note the old one.

These files are indeed on the Unity Express ISM, but are unfortunately well protected from any kind of user interference. You can't reach them, alter them, delete them, anything. The entire voicemail application and its datafiles (including voice prompts and the messages themselves) are very protected by Cisco.

The only thing you can do, is upload new language packs from Cisco.
