How to solve the Voice quality issue

Hi,

  Some users complain about their voice quality issue in Cisco IP Phone.This issue might be  affected by packet loss, packet delay and delay variation.

  But I am not sure how to solve this type of issue.

  Could you please let me know how I can find out the root cause.

I would start looking at your network topology, utilization and QoS if any, that you did not even vaguely mentioned here.
