How to trace process status in CCM 5.X ?

Hello all,

Envirnment:

CCM 5.1.3

RTMT 7.01

I received two alerts for CCM Subcriber as belows

1. The process 'risdc' has started running at 5:12AM,

2. The process 'risdc' is no longer running at 5:17AM.

The server looks good.

I attached the capture of " show process load" :

My question is :

1. How could I trace process status in linux-based CCM 5.X ? Is any tools like event viewer ? And is any log file that could help us trace the issue?

2. Is it the alert related to RTMT?

system and application logs are still on linux versions, you can access them thru the RTMT tool

risdc is the real time information service data collector, is the one that takes care of properly gathering and reflecting the status of endpoint and their actions
