How to Transfer 50% of calls.

Hi All,

We have 2 Cisco 6962 IP Phones with 15 Lines on each.

Right now, all the 30 lines are assigned to a linegroup ( topdown ) / HL/ Hunt Pilot has been configured.

The query is how to make sure that call 1 would land on Phone 1, Call 2 would land on Phone 2. Regardless whether the phone line is busy or not.

Example > Hunt Number : 100

phone 1 lines > 101, 102....115.

Phone 2 Lines > 116,.......130.

We dial,

Now first call if it lands 101, the second call must land on Phone II.

Further, call 1 on phone 1, call 2 on phone 2, call 3 on phone 1, call 4 on phone 2 and so on.

Hi Girish,

I would try changing to the "Circular" algorithm

Circular-If you choose this distribution algorithm, Cisco Unified  CallManager distributes a call to idle or available members starting  from the (n+1)th member of a line group, where the nth member is the  member to which Cisco Unified CallManager most recently extended a call.  If the nth member is the last member of a line group, Cisco Unified  CallManager distributes a call starting from the top of the line group.

Cheers!

Rob
