Dear All,
Recently we received this error message "I/O error, dev hda, sector 9193447".
By looking the error message, we suspected that the module disk is going to fail soon.
My NM-CUE module version is 3.1.1 and is activated with 150 Mailbox licenses. Due to the error above, so we plan to swap with our spare NME-CUE module version 7.0.3.
Question:
1) After we swap with our spare NME-CUE module, How can we transfer that 150 user mailbox licenses from OLD NM-CUE to our spare module?
2) Is there any other better way to achieve our objective (To swap with our spare NME-CUE module)
3) Is there any issue(s) you can see if we swap with our spare NME-CUE module?
